When you use the booking form on this website we ask for five things: your name, your mobile number, and optionally your address, your pickup point and your drop point. Only the name and mobile number are required.

The form does not send this to a database on our website. It opens WhatsApp on your own phone with the message already written, and you choose whether to send it. Until you press send in WhatsApp, we have not received anything.

The mobile number is how we send you the fare and how the driver reaches you on the day. The pickup and drop points are how we work out the correct fare. The address helps the driver find you, which matters in villages where map pins are unreliable.

We do not ask for and never need your bank details, card details, UPI ID, or any identity document. We take no advance, so there is nothing to pay online.

Your booking message stays in our WhatsApp chat history the same way any conversation does. We keep it so that when you call again next year we already know your address and which car suits your family.

If you want your details removed, send us a WhatsApp message or call 98143 11886 and ask. We will delete the chat. There is no form to fill and no reason you have to give.

Your name, number and address are shared with the driver assigned to your trip, because he needs them to reach you. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to other travel companies, aggregators or advertisers.

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That tells us, for example, that many people look at the Delhi Airport page at night. It does not tell us who you are.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings and the website will still work normally. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
